Team based action learning to lead successful cultural change
Are you a member of a leadership team responsible for shaping and directing cultural change within your organisation? This responsibility is significant and prompts an essential consideration: Do you have an effective action learning strategy to support and guide your cultural transformation? Without a systematic action learning method that fosters shared insight and internal commitment, strategic intention to change say a leadership culture may lose momentum.
An important question arises: What type of action learning strategy will most effectively frame and guide your team's cultural change process and generate maximum team engagement
Ideally, such a strategy would foster internal ownership through shared understanding, recognise cultural change leadership as a strategic activity, and provide added value with the achievement of recognised change management qualifications for team members. We can provide you with such a strategy bound with a thorough action learning programme.
At The Cultural Change Company, we have established a partnership with the Chartered Management Institute to deliver the Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice .
This programme is offered through our innovative Cultural Change Practitioners Toolkit, which can lead to the Level 7 Award Cultural Change Practitioners Toolkit Leading to the CMI Level 7 Award
Your team would enjoy the flexibility to pursue the Level 7 Award or to complete the practitioner course alone. Both options offer valuable personal development opportunities, enhancing participants' credentials while strengthening their leadership and change management capabilities. To achieve the Level 7 award participants would invited to take on the role of a strategic change consultant working on behalf of a client. Utilising evidence-based literature, theories, methods, and models covered throughout the course, and drawing on a relevant case study, participants would develop a comprehensive proposal for leading strategic cultural change within an organisation for review by CMI moderators.
The main objectives are to:
- Introduce you to a tool kit for managing cultural change to support strategy development and strategic change.
- Enable you to improve your management decisions concerning leading and working with cultural change initiatives.
- Explore the soft skills required to lead effective cultural change processes linked with strategic change and its leadership.
- To provide the practcal and theoretical base for submittig your assignment for moderation by the CMI for the Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice.
