Our programme is delivered face to face via TEAMS, comprising eight seminars, each lasting three hours. Curriculum and Assessment

The curriculum culminates in a final project assessment, where participants are invited to take on the role of a strategic change consultant working on behalf of a client. Utilising evidence-based literature, theories, methods, and models covered throughout the course, and drawing on a relevant case study, participants are required to develop a comprehensive proposal for leading strategic cultural change within an organisation.

Critical Reflection and Application

The assignment encourages critical reflection on how different leadership approaches and change management tools and models can be utilised to deliver an effective strategy for strategic cultural change.
