Managing cultural change seminars
Yesterday concluded my face to face engagement through a series of seminars exploring cultural change management theory and practice with the participants of the European Summer School Advanced Management (ESSAM) 2023 .
Participants came from different countries and continents and business schools yet all shared a common interest ; to develop their knowledge and skills as managers and leaders in their organisations.
The participants were really curious and a pleasure to work with.
These were experienced managers who are immersed in complex change management situations and who were open to sharing their perspectives and experiences to create a highly engaged learning experience for all concerned.
